We have a multi-step cleaning process. First, we remove any loose debris. Then the boxes are washed and then sanitized using a steam cleaner. Lastly, the boxes are disinfected with eco-friendly cleaners.

No, not yet! You pick your own moving company, but we are happy to recommend some companies we have established relationships with.

When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We will call the day before your delivery and the day before your pick up to confirm details. If you need to make any modifications to your order, do not hesitate to email / call / text us.

We will deliver your boxes to your front door or your garage. If you need delivery inside your home or somewhere else, please contact us to set that up. We can deliver to walk-up units and apartments as well. There will be an additional fee for going up stairs.

Yes, we will need you (or someone 18+) to be present. Don’t worry, we will work around your schedule.

Yes absolutely, call to let us know how much longer you need. There is a small weekly charge for this.

Yes, absolutely, contact us or let us know at delivery/pick-up how many you want to keep. We will process payment and provide a receipt.

That really depends on how much stuff you have to move. Refer to the product package estimates on the homepage. If you still need help estimating, feel free to call / email / text us and we can help guide you.

You can add on extra boxes, extra moving carts, extra time onto your rental, and extra zip ties and labels.

No, we cannot pick-up unused boxes. Let us know if we can help estimate your box requirements. 

If you love dealing with packing tape, building and breaking down boxes, then perhaps Moving Box Co isn’t for you.

Empty boxes can be nested up to 25 boxes high. 

Filled boxes should not be stacked more than 4 boxes high. Stack the heaviest box at the bottom and lightest on top.

Boxes generally should not be filled more than 40 lbs. It varies based on the contents. For ex. it is not recommended to stack heavy dumbbells in the boxes as they can roll around and become dangerous to you and/or damage the box when it gets too heavy.
